Farming salmon in fast flowing glacial freshwater means all our fish are unadulterated, disease free, with no antibiotics, vaccines, hormones or other chemicals used whatsoever in the rearing of the fish.
The operation uses a stress-free and humane killing method, which minimises unnecessary stress and pain to the fish and ensures better flesh quality.
The stocking densities currently used are acceptable to organic certifying agencies.
